Many people find the anonymity of a large parish safe when they first begin attending. At some point, however, most seek a community, a way to join with a group of people sharing the same journey.
We gather all the time in different kinds of groups: for prayer, study, to help others, and just for fun. We gather to get to know people like us, and people not like us at all. We are living lives of faith together.
Community at Christ Church, however, is more than connection alone. We also strive to be a community of care and affection for one another, especially in times of transitions and need. Consequently, we often find ourselves reaching out to one another -- to old friends and to new friends within our wide embrace -- as a visible sign of God’s love and our community’s care.
Whether your an expert at navigating Coffee Hour or don't know what a nave, when you are ready to become involved, there is a community here for you.
