This open membership committee was called into existence first to assist parishioners in responding to the Tsunami aftermath in South Asia in 2004. It has since worked extensively to help in recovery efforts in the Gulf Coast regions particularly New Orleans.

The Task Force has made a long range commitment to this work and has established a partnership with Trinity Church New Orleans to facilitate this. Responses evolve as needs change, but these include mission trips, shipment of supplies and equipment and financial resources. The task force will respond to other disasters as needed.
