Child Care through Middle School
Register using our Children's Formation & Child Care Registration Form, below. Please list each child's name, birthdate, and grade for Fall 2026 (room for up to five children on one form), plus a note if your child has special needs so we can best support their learning.
There is no cost for faith formation. All are welcome.
Register for Faith Formation so we can prepare for your child and welcome them on the first day of class.
